We created WineMerch from the ground up after years working on the floor in cellar doors, wineries and hospitality—where we saw first-hand what actually sells, what lasts, and what customers reach for.

Ming looks after brand, product presentation and customer experience—making sure everything feels modern, considered and right at home in a cellar door or on a table.
She’s all about the details that make products easy to sell and nice to use, with a strong sense of what catches the eye and what customers actually pick up.
Mavis Lu
Mavis leads sourcing, supplier relationships and wholesale operations—keeping products practical, reliable and ready for real-world use.
She’s focused on quality checks, consistency and making sure trade customers can order with confidence (and without surprises).

We love what wine represents: connection, celebration, and those everyday moments made a little more special. But we also noticed a gap in the market. Too many wine accessories looked cheap, felt gimmicky, or didn’t stand up to regular use—especially in busy cellar door and retail environments.
So we built a curated range of wine-first essentials designed to work in the real world. Products that are practical, good-looking and made to be used—whether for cellar door retail, gifting, events, or everyday enjoyment at home.
